I am sorry I missed yesterday.
I trust you were blessed throughout your day yesterday, as always, no question about it. God is good…Amen!
2 Corinthians 4:17-18 (Amplified Bible)
17 For our light, momentary affliction (this slight distress of the passing hour) is ever more and more abundantly preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory [beyond all measure, excessively surpassing all comparisons and all calculations, a vast and transcendent glory and blessedness never to cease!], 18 Since we consider and look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen; for the things that are visible are temporal (brief and fleeting), but the things that are invisible are deathless and everlasting.
We need to come to a place in life where we see things in this live as temporary, they only last for a moment. (2 Peter 3:8; Psalms 90:4) What is temporary will be taken away, so why do we hold on to these things with such a death grip. The Lord wants us to let them go and look at whaat He has for us, eternal things. How much greater are these then what will fade away. Things that are eternal, those last forever. (Matthew 6:19-24; Ecclesiastes 5:9-14; 1 Corinthians 3:9-15; 1 Timothy 6:612; Philippians 3:4-14; Philippians 2:3-8; Revelation 3:20-22….If you will, take the time to look these up you will be blessed by them….) These are just a few scripture tha expresses the temporary needs to be turned loose of and reach for things eternal.
God bless you and trusting for an amazing amount of hope to live in and the astounding grace of God to surround you, today and every day.
